The trees pictured were obscuring the view from a Bach on Banks Peninsula. Our client was very mindful of trying to keep the surrounding bush looking natural and as healthy as possible. The trees were reduced and the resulting view has improved the clients enjoyment of his Bach and also the value of his property!
The neighbour’s trees bordering this property were overhanging the boundary. The overhanging branches were blocking light and dropping leaves on the patio. The neighbours were informed and the trees were pruned to remove the offending branches and allow light into the property.
This large site was being prepared for development. The project manager was worried about the trees on the boundary damaging the neighbouring property. The trees were felled, chipped and the logs carted. The stumps were then ground to allow the site to be scraped and graded ready for the new building.
This Large Poplar was located in a school playing field directly over a children’s playground. The tree had outgrown the location, and had lost some branches in recent snow and winds. The decision to remove the tree was made in order to prevent it becoming a future hazard. As it was a large tree in a small space, the tree had to be climbed and most of the branches lowered to protect the play area and neighbouring properties. The wood was left onsite to be sold by the school as a fundraiser.
